My background spans both traditional and digital arts, including work as an animator, texture artist, and art instructor. Those experiences taught me to see art as more than an image—they taught me to see it as a living narrative. Animation instilled a love of movement and gesture, texture artistry fostered a fascination with layers and visual history, and teaching reinforced the power of creativity to connect people. Though my tools and mediums have evolved, these influences remain woven throughout my work, shaping pieces that are rich in texture, story, and imagination.
The Hands Behind the Art
Art doesn't ask me to be still—only to be honest.
I create work inspired by the wildness of nature, the stories we carry, and the quiet resilience that lives beneath the surface. Through layers of color, texture, and imagination, I explore themes of hope, loss, healing, wonder, and belonging.
Every painting is an invitation to pause, look closer, and find something of yourself within it. My greatest hope is that the work leaves behind what I am always searching for in life itself: a sudden brightness.
